Creating a project in TAS allows you to manage and organize specific tasks, activities, and financials related to a particular customer or initiative. This helps you maintain a clear overview of ongoing and upcoming projects, track expenses and revenue, and manage associated documents.

🌐 Steps to Create a Project in TAS

Follow these steps to create a new project:

1. 🔑 Log In to Your TAS Account

  • On the TAS Dashboard, click on Projects from the sidebar menu.

2. ➕ Create a New Project

  • In the Projects section, click on ➕ Add New to create a new project.

3. 📄 Enter Project Information

  • Fill in the required project information:

    • 📛 Project Name: Enter the name of the project.

    • 📍 Location: Specify the location of the project.

    • 👤 Customer Name: Enter the name of the customer associated with the project.

4. 📝 Add Optional Project Details

  • You can also add optional details to provide more context for the project:

    • 📊 Project Status: Specify the current status of the project (e.g., Planned, In Progress, Completed).

    • 🗓️ Start Date: Enter the start date of the project.

    • 📅 End Date: Enter the expected end date of the project.

    • 💸 Expected Expenses: Add the expected expenses for the project.

    • 💰 Expected Revenue: Enter the expected revenue for the project.

    • 🗒️ Project Notes: Add any notes related to the project for internal use.

    • 📌 Internal Notes on Customer: Add notes specifically about the customer that are relevant to this project.

    • 📂 Upload Project Documents: Upload any documents related to the project.

5. 💾 Save the Project

  • Once all the information has been filled in, click on 💾 Save to create the project.

6. 🔍 Search for a Project

  • To find a project, enter the project name or customer name in the search bar to view all the details.

That’s it! 🎉 You have successfully created a project in TAS. All the project details are now available for review.
